Six wines. Six courses. One long table designed for conversation.

For one Thursday night in May, we are partnering with Four Boys, the estuary-side restaurant in Rock, Cornwall known for its seasonal menu, handmade pasta and seafood plates built to share. Their cooking is guided by what is at its best that week, handled with clarity and restraint.

The dinner is shaped around historic Italian terroir and the next generation redefining it. Six wines will be paired with six seasonal dishes, each course designed to sharpen, contrast and elevate what is in the glass. Expect clarity and drive throughout the line up, with bottles drawn from Piedmont and Friuli.

This is a guided progression rather than a formal tasting. Every wine is introduced with context on the vineyard, the family behind it and the philosophy shaping the style. Heritage and forward momentum, set alongside precise, thoughtful cooking.
